aliseadaeLast night I finished reading Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norrell. I love the darkly whimsical bits in that book.
Recently I connected the two little bits of the Melanie story and that made me happy. I also went searching for certain Rackham drawings and made this icon.
I am looking forward to going to Oregon for the family reunion, yet I wish to see people who live here. I guess I wish I could magically transport myself back here on specific days or something. I'm also excited for DC and Spamalot!
I suppose the reason why I am melancholy is I feel that, as I don't think I'll get a chance to visit session B again, MITY is actually over. Somehow, after session A, MITY isn't over yet when I can visit session B. However I feel more thoughtful and quiet than actually sad and melancholy. I feel like something has flown away but I can still remember it and bring bits of it back.

Date: 2007-07-20 04:17 pm (UTC)that's a great book. i only ever got to read it twice...we borrowed it from somebody and i got it away from my dad for a day a night and part of a day...as soon as i finished it i flipped back to the beginning and started again. i'm weird like that.
