I'm making wild rice with my mother while dressed in new green wool stockings, a pair of awesome pants I got Wednesday (they cut off at the knee and are made of gray wool), a grey vest, and a green shirt. I feel dapper. Also about to be filled with delicious wild rice.

I made pumpkin pie yesterday! Also delicious.

Today has been spent with all my immediate family just hanging out at home. It is nice. And there is chocolate!

And wild rice.

Wild rice is so delicious! How did you end up serving it?

My parents-in-law gave us a CD of sea chanteys from Cornwall for Christmas, and one of the two people I thought of when I got it was you, because I know you like the group The Great Big Sea.
