Sep. 28th, 2009 02:58 pmIt is again the season of being covered in sheep as Lex would put it. I can wear proper wool sweaters, wool skirts, and wool socks again! Hooray! It feels very cozy to sit in autumn/winter clothes and read my Archaeology and Prehistory textbook while sipping warm tea. I can hear the wind at my window and it can't get to me! I have too much wool and tea. (And windows and walls I suppose.)
I enjoyed the anthro picnic yesterday. There were many, many large dogs as usual but there were also cats and a large yard and a creek. I think I may have been the only human to stand in the creek but I'm not sure. It was somewhat cold but not freezing and the mud was pillowy underneath my feet.
