aliseadae1. What kind of tree would you build a treehouse in?
Hmm. I would build a treehouse in an oak, probably. Preferably one with a good view near some kind of body of water or perhaps near a praire. This would be a tall enough oak that the treehouse could be multiple stories because that'd be cool.
2. What is your favorite piece of jewelry you've made?
Hmm. I rather like the pendant I made to wear every day. The flashes in the feldspar almost look like a full top of a tree and they are such bright colors it reminds me of autumn. The pendant itself is a sort of murky misty color that reminds me of rain and thought.
3. How would you most prefer to do magic? (Wave a wand, say spells, use bits of powdered toad, etc.)
I would like to create manifestations of thought. Strange turns of phrase that make sense in one's bones but that no one quite knows why they work.
That or I'd like to dance my spells.
4. Say you have an afternoon by/near/on/in a lake. How would you spend it?
I'd love to spend with one good friend. We'd walk with our feet in the water, chat about our lives. Then we'd sit on a dock and read or write. Perhaps after that we'd go canoeing. If the lake had waves, I'd like to swim and dive through them.
5. What's a word that you enjoy the sound, but not the meaning, of? Or vice versa?
Hmm. I always thought carrion would make a good name though unfortunately its meaning rather prevents that. It isn't a bad meaning, really, just a bad meaning for a name.
Also cancer sucks. Far too many people I care about have had/currently have cancer.
