Everyone has been talking about group problems. I know some things about many of you annoy me, but that doesn't stop me from loving you and appreciating your friendship. We can all be annoying and I think most of us know it. The main problem is that people aren't open about things. They don't say what is bothering them and just try to bury it away. Or they mention it, but don't  discuss it. Both just cause more problems.
